Ordering & Custom Rugs
Do you offer custom-size rugs?
Yes. We specialize in both in-stock rug sizes and custom-size rugs. Custom rugs can be made in widths up to 12 feet and lengths up to 20 feet, allowing you to get a rug that fits your space perfectly.
What sizes do you keep in stock?
We regularly stock the most popular sizes:

Custom sizes are made to order.
What’s the difference between UrbanFlex and Heritage Plush?
UrbanFlex Collection: A lower-profile, tougher broadloom carpet designed for high-traffic areas and modern spaces.
Heritage Plush Collection: A thicker, plusher broadloom carpet designed for comfort in bedrooms and living spaces.
Materials & Construction
How are your rugs made?
All rugs are cut and professionally bound at our warehouse in Indiana using high-quality broadloom carpet. Each rug is finished with a clean, durable bound edge designed to last.
Is binding included in the price?
Yes. Binding is included in the listed price for all rugs—both in-stock and custom sizes.
Are your rugs made in the USA?
Our rugs are cut and bound in Indiana. Materials are sourced from trusted manufacturers known for quality and durability.
Shipping & Delivery
How do you ship rugs?
All rugs ship via UPS Ground from our Indiana warehouse.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock rugs typically ship within 1–2 business days
Custom rugs typically ship within 2–4 business days
UPS Ground delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after shipment
How are rugs packaged for shipping?
Rugs are:
Rolled on a cardboard core
Shrink wrapped for protection
Sealed in heavy-duty 6mil poly tubing
This ensures your rug arrives clean and protected.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return a rug?
In-stock rugs: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Custom-size rugs: Custom rugs are made to order and are not eligible for return.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be changed or canceled before production begins. Once a custom rug enters production, changes or cancellations are not possible.
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my rug?
Vacuum regularly using a standard vacuum (no beater bar recommended)
Spot clean spills promptly with mild soap and water
Avoid excessive moisture
Do I need a rug pad?
A rug pad is recommended to:
Prevent slipping
Protect your floors
Extend the life of your rug
