By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS & TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website.
All rugs sold by Heritage Rug Co. are either:
In-stock standard sizes, or
Custom-made to order rugs
Custom rugs are cut and bound specifically for each order and are final sale.
Colors and textures may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, or dye lot differences. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 5 – PRICES & BILLING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices include binding unless clearly noted.
Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
We may refuse any order you place with us. In the event of a change or cancellation, we may attempt to notify you via email or phone.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom-size rugs are made to order at our Indiana warehouse.
Custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, or returned once production has begun.
Size tolerances may vary slightly within industry-accepted standards.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise stated.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
In-stock rugs: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Custom rugs: Final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
SECTION 9 – DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include photos of the packaging and product when applicable.
SECTION 10 – WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Heritage Rug Co., our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased.
Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Heritage Rug Co. from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
