Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground from our warehouse in Indiana. This method provides reliable delivery, tracking, and cost-effective shipping for both standard and custom rugs.

Order Processing & Production Time

In-stock rug sizes: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Custom-size rugs: Custom rugs are cut and bound to order and typically ship within 2–4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including UPS tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on rug size, weight, and destination using UPS Ground or Fed EX rates. Binding is included in the product price; shipping is charged separately unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Packaging

All rugs are professionally prepared for shipment:

Rolled on a cardboard core

Shrink wrapped for protection

Enclosed in heavy-duty 6mil poly tubing

This packaging ensures your rug arrives clean, secure, and ready to unroll.

Delivery Timeframes

 delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Heritage Rug Co. is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for customers near our Indiana warehouse. If offered, this option will appear at checkout.
